About

I am Josep Comes, a Computer Science Engineer and Cybersecurity Researcher. This blog is my personal space where I document my technical explorations and research as they evolve. It captures a wide range of investigations—from deep dives into software internals to experiments in code optimization—all driven by a desire to understand and document the inner workings of modern computing.

My core interests lie in systems programming and the broader art of software development, with a particular focus on building from the ground up. I enjoy exploring OSDev, bootloaders, and the foundational layers of BIOS/UEFI firmware, alongside a general passion for programming. I find that the best way to truly understand a system is to bridge the gap between building low-level components and deconstructing how software behaves at its most fundamental level.

This blog serves as a personal log of my technical journey. It is where I document whatever I am currently exploring, with no fixed agenda other than deep technical curiosity.
